Ongoing property support
$195–$330 / month
For owners who want home watch plus practical help keeping the property ready and running smoothly.
Home Watch is $90 for two monthly visits or $165 for four. Second-Home Care pairs those visits with approximately three or five hours of monthly household support. Final scope is confirmed in writing before service begins.
Flexible add-on support
Add-ons can be scheduled around owner arrivals, storms, contractor visits, travel, and pet-care needs.
Includes up to two hours of routine cleaning or a guest-ready reset for $75, with owner-provided linen setup and restocking available. Additional time is $30 per hour; weekly five-hour service starts at $150.
Includes up to two hours for a priority post-storm visit, power and water-status check, visible damage observations, photographs, owner notification, and mitigation coordination. Additional time is $30 per hour.
Includes one hour for property access, arrival and departure documentation, appointment coordination, cleanup confirmation, and securing the home. Additional time is $30 per hour.
Includes feeding, fresh water, pet-area cleanup, a short walk or outdoor break, simple owner-prepared medication, and a photo update—because we know they’re family, too.
Includes longer companionship, a walk and/or an outdoor break, feeding and cleanup, plant watering, mail or package collection, and a home-status update. Additional time is $30 per hour.

We document what is visible, notify you according to the agreed communication plan, and can help coordinate an appropriate licensed or specialized provider with your authorization.
Yes. Guest-ready visits can include a light reset, beds made with owner-provided clean linens, restocking, refrigerator stocking, and basic furniture or outdoor-area setup.
Our initial pet-care offering focuses on scheduled drop-in visits for established clients. Boarding, grooming, overnight sitting, and complex medical care are outside the current scope.
